Was someone looking for summer toppers?

I apologize but I thought there was a post requesting summer topper ideas. I just ordered this cinq a sept khole blazer because I desperately need very light formal summer toppers for work and play. This blazer is triacetate, lined with ruched bracelet sleeves. The ruching is nicely done with buttons intact so a bit of a party in the back. The long stance and 3/4 sleeves give nice structure, the blazer is tailored through the body but fluid, TTS. The material has a mild tendency to crease (ie didn't totally hang out but slight fold marks easily removed with a steamer). There are a ton of colors, although some sold out. I bought the black (obviously) but have the shadow gray (on sale) wending its way to me. Don't have finds on this computer but I will add the links and post later. BTW there are adorable shorts available in summer for a really cute summer suit. Nordstrom has the most reviews, but has less colors than saks or other online.

Tanya - you and I girl!! Blazers are like chocolate or a soy latte - necessary to survival!! Enjoy your dress and shoe hunt because you already have a drool worthy collection of blazers and suits!!

Katerine - you being a jacket girl know how difficult it is to find a super light formal topper and this come in so many colors. It's light as a cloud and has lovely tapered lines and drape. Yes, I love the black and subtle but interesting lines. BTW I'm sure you'd have stunning scarves to match the yellow and black!! Just sayin'

The fabric is a deal breaker for me ( besides the price ). I have seen more simple variations on that style but not as refined one of course.
NIC and ZOE have some linen-cotton options and I've got the moto inspired jacket from them as a very light topper ( my dress code is still less strict than before ).

Well, this is so out of my realm, but I am swooning over the lemon-sorbet blazer and shorts outfit. For my fantasy life!

Slim Cat - know thyself. I'm not a big fan of synthetics but I wore a lot of triacetate in the 90's because almost all of Ann Taylor suiting was that fabric. This has a nice feel. But as Angie would say, horses for courses!!
Rachy - I thought the yellows, pinks and blues were beautiful. Really amazing color assortment. Something for everyone!
Firecracker - wasn't that short outfit divine? I would not be comfortable in short shorts, and it's not in my signature color, but I adore it. I wish someone would buy it and rock it! Fabulous!!
