Andie, I am so sorry to hear that. I can't imagine going to work every day and not knowing if it is the last. It is soooooo tough to make a decision in those situations when the economy is bad. Hang in there and keep us posted.
I just want to say that I hate employment self-justification. It is the same thinking behind giving oneself an annual review. I HATED it. It really puts people on the spot and completely takes away any ownership and responsibility of the employer. In other words, if they let you go, they will say, SHE said she couldn't do the job. UGHHHH !!!!!!!
