I was rummaging through some ancient clothes and found this pair of vintage shorts. They are high waisted with light blue gingham pattern. Are they still wearable? They are short but probably fine for beach vacation. I knotted the shirt just to show the fit of the high waist but ofcourse would not wear them like this
Should they come with me or stay where I found them?

Thank you all. Those used to be my favorite shorts some 20 years ago when I wore them all the time. But then I got bored with them and they started to look dated with all the low rise that became so popular so I left them behind. But now they look fresh again.

Yay. Super cute. If they don't feel too snug, do wear them. The knotted tee works well, actually, it adds to the retro 50s vibe.

Found a picture of me in the same shorts from 13 years ago. They were already old at that time. They did fit little differently then
