Vince Camuto tiered top now available in sleeveless

I love the fabric - so soft and comfy against the skin. The edges on all the tiers are unfinished so there is a tiny bit of curling up of some of the ends but that doesn't really bother me much. I haven't had any pilling at all or bits of fabric coming off the edges. I haven't washed it yet so I think that will be the "kicker" - I plan on washing it insideout in cold on delicate and than laying flat to dry. I do love it though and think I might pop for the sleevless one for summer - I like that it's the black with white (the long sleeve is white with black). It would look great with your white jeans Rita!

Did you ever try dryel? It might be a good solution for a delicate fabric like this if you don't want to dry clean it. I'm not sure how I would feel about washing unfinished edges that are already starting to curl.

Yes I use it on anything but silk and leather. It freshens things up, takes out the wrinkles and makes them smell nice. It's not like a real sudsy water wash, but my work clothes don't normally get so dirty that they need that kind of cleaning.

I feel safer with dryel for some things. My local dry cleaner has messed up some of my clothes - not in a dramatic way - just the quality of the fabric decays over time with the harsh dry cleaning chemicals and pressing is so destructive to delicate fabrics.

I have washed my VC striped top, just like you are going to try, Shannon.

The edges are a little more rolled, and it is sort of wrinkley. I'm going to have to try ironing it with a cool iron (which will be a pain with all those panels).....

I think I'll give Dryell next time; I haven't tried that before!
