I bought some pants from Victoria's Secret earlier in the year (pre-YLF). I got 2 pairs in stretch cotton and 1 in seasonless stretch.

The stretch cotton pants shrink with each wash even when the pants are washed in cold water and airdried- I've had the hems let down and they are too short again.

I emailed customer service, they responded in less than 24 hours (on a Sunday) and asked me to return the pants- even though I ordered them in April!

What fantastic service and VERY different to Australia.
