I know a few years ago vests were everywhere and being worn casually and dressier. I tried on a few, found one longer vest I liked (more like a sleeveless jacket) but decided this spring it would be just the thing to add to by business casual capsule. But... they are almost impossible to find. H&M and other retailers are only showing a "utility" version.

Has the menswear vest gone completely out of style?
