I recently placed my first order with Yoox and thought I would share my experience. I've heard of the site before but never used it until Ironkurtin pointed out some interesting clothing/designer items that were on their summer clearance.

Clearance prices were quite good compared to similar items from the same brands on websites like NM Last Call. But I was most impressed by the speed of shipping and returns. I used free shipping option (order over $200), and the return label was $6. I placed my order on a Monday night and had my order delivered on a Thursday (3 days later). I dropped off my return this Tuesday at a UPS store, and received a return acceptance e-mail today (3 days later).

The shipments come from a warehouse in NJ so I am not sure if the shipping speed is especially quick for those on the East Coast. It looks like the order originates from somewhere in Italy but may be re-packaged in NJ, I am not sure.
