I know some of you ladies have been wearing burgundy booties recently, so I wanted to get some input. This also ties into the question earlier about coordinating skirts, tights, and boots. I want to get a pair of tall boots on the dressier side to wear with skirts to work.
Background info: I already have a brown and a black pair of flatter more casual boots (pics 2 and 3), which could be worn to work in a pinch, but IMO something dressier is warranted. I do also have an old pair of brown Bronx tall boots that are dressy enough if not super on trend.
The skirts/dresses I would wear during the winter time are either black, grey, or navy blue (I do have a fuschia skirt if one would wear such a thing in the winter). Anyways, I have navy, brown, black, and grey tights. My tops are largely black, blue, red, purple or green.
So my question is how versatile is a burgundy boot? Can it be worn with colors on the warm and cool side of the spectrum? Am I better off just getting black?
Thanks!
