This is so true. There is something about vacations and trips--lotta walking and also no control, no routine, so it exposes any fussy foot issue that might have been managed before.

Hmmm, I hadn't thought that our feet need toughening up after a winter protected by socks and boots. I thought simply wearing broken in sandals was enough. Lucky you were able to get ahold of some comfy shoes. A few weeks ago when we were in Texas and it got up to 90 (!) my feet were fine because I didn't try for any fashiony looks. I brought my waterproof hiking shoes and socks. Not great looking, but comfortable.

When I was in Vegas recently, I saw one of those vending machines where you could buy a pair of flats in your size - I believe it was in the Linq casino by the new sky wheel.

I will have to try Sketchers. I am always hunting for comfy footwear. It seems many Fabbers are fans. Glad to hear you enjoyed your time in Vegas despite the sore feet.
