UWP Ballet Flat?

I just decided to try a pair of these and thought they looked a bit UWP.

What do you think? They seem like they might "dress up" my summer boring uniform of BF shorts and light weight tops.

I tried those on last year and they were super comfy! I love the buckle details. Very UWP but too flat for this girl!

Thanks kellygirl - I wear a lot of flats so I'm hoping they might work (sometimes even for me the flats are too flat though). We'll see. Can't hurt to try them, right? My old maryjane flats are looking tired. I feel greedy though as I've purchased quite a few pair of shoes over the past year. I really had a wardrobe hole in the shoe department and have been feeling a need to stock up I guess. 3 pair of sandals (one pair were really inexpensive though), sporty ballet flats, boots, and now these.

These will make a great addition to your shoe capsule! Just to clarify, I'm just not buying flats anymore. I have several pairs and they don't get much wear. If I was in the market for flats, these would have been one of my first choices! SO comfy and so cool looking.

I am a yay vote too. And don't feel greedy, textstyle, comfortable footwear that looks fab can do so much to transform an outfit. That's something I learnt only after joining YLF, and I too have purchased quite a few pairs of shoes, since. It was definitely a huge wardrobe hole that needed to be filled, and I say we deserve all our shoes:-)
