I love the dress, and isn't that great when the universe gives you a little wink like that! So, glad the broken-in khakis worked for you and I vote one size up (smaller pair).

Sveta, so glad to hear that I wasn't hallucinating about the pocket linings! Why do they do that?!? I have never been able to figure out why the insist on lining light pants and white pants with white fabric. It always shows through. Why not a mocha color? Granted, it would be hard to match a skin tone for everyone, but a mocha works pretty well and frankly, even a bad skin tone match would be an improvement over white, right?

Okay, pocket lining rant over! I'm so glad you are going to be able to make them 100% perfect because they are gorgeous and that color is going to be great fun!
