Oh woe of woes!!! The hat I ordered for the Breeder's Cup race day will NOT arrive in time!!!
I had to RACE around town this morning thinking of a replacement. I scrabbled these two options together.
Which do you like better? The black top hat is a little big for me, but I can stuff it with tulle or fabric to tighten it. Please say why you think what you think!
Is there ANYTHING I can do to save this outfit?

PS. My daughter and her friend like the smaller hat and my husband likes the black one.
