I shop there with my daughter. Their quality depends on the label. They do seem to carry a few better quality items (I have gotten Frye boots from them), but most seem typical 'junior' quality - lasting a season or so before looking tired.
When I actually try on things, I find they have a more youthful cut - slimmer hips, thighs, arms.
I just came home recently with pairs of their BDG (mid-quality) high-rise cigarette jeans to try, but haven't actually worn them yet.
My 21-y.o. daughter loves them - FWIW, but doesn't mind looking a bit wrinkly or faded. . .
