I Ordered gift and chose next day. This was 3rd June. Had an email requesting photos of I.D and bank info (how dodgy!). UB said unauthorised payment? Get authorised payment code from bank. So I Did this (how would you get a code if payment wasn't authorised?) and I had a code, the bank said payment accepted immediately no problems with account. He (the bank guy) said how dodgy a company requesting personal info via email can be.

Now 9th June no items, money taken. Contacted many times, gave code on the 3rd and called.

Sent a 'tracking' for my parcel and it never arrived.

Avoid this company, just a heads up as don't want to see this happen to others. Just a complete scam. They've taken money without sending goods. Worst is requesting pictures of I.D and bank card info, with all the hacking around they simply don't care or think.

Will never use again and advise same to anyone who is considering.
