Oh gosh, I've been wearing mine all wrong?!? Need to remedy that...

I love the combo canvas and leather strap navy one - I may order it. I have seen a few of them around, and it would be nice to hold an extra blanket for being on call.

Wearing one of these topless is not going to be age appropriate no way, no how

Those are cute, but they don't really suit my style...or my age demographic. I think I'd feel strange wearing a backpack at (almost) 52.

I am kicked to be almost ahead of trend with my convertible hobo/backpack from 2 years ago. Zippers sit against my back with one exception---a small ready-access pocket handy for key cards and transport tickets/cards. Though when in a car or cab, my phone and keys go there.

I work on a college campus. Nope. Not going there! Also, I'd lose my belongings on a heartbeat wearing this on Michigan Avenue?

Now, I do love me a messenger bag. Let me know if you see a grown-up version!

I like the looks of the streamlined simple ones in rich leather, but doubt I'll partake in this. First of all, I spend too much time on city streets to ignore the pickpocket potential, and I'm not a fan of what the shoulder straps do to my not-so-small chest. Of course, I could go that topless route, but that would get a little chilly.

I really didn't go for this look the last time around and still could not. Unless of course I was camping. That might be a bit of a waste given the price of them though.

These are great for traveling in my experience.

Funny how fashion works. I just broke out a Coach leather backpack from storage a couple of weeks ago. It's in denim colored leather and looks brand new...in fact husband asked if it was new as I haven't used it in over 20 years!!

So glad, I didn't donate or consign it !!
