About the package that took 13 months to find me....

I attempted to return it to the Ulta store today and the manager....after he got over a fit of laughing...said "we don't want that back, why in the world did they tell you to return it?!"

Basically he said it was out of the system at this point and they had no way to process a return on items shipped more than a year ago that I didn't even need any money back on. He begged me to keep it all because they didn't want to deal with it. More laughter.

Well, that was what I meant all along...why would they want it back? There is no way to know what kind of conditions it has been stored in for the last year. I will probably toss the things myself, for lack of a way to know if they've been heat damaged or something. Two items were nail polishes...I may keep those if they look okay when I open them.

Anyway, since the unanimous response to my last post was to return them, I thought you all might like to know the outcome of that attempt!
