Oh Anna, my favorite hike in nearly all the world in on Kauai - the Nualolo and Awa'awapuhi trails - you'd have to get dropped off, or hitch back to your car (not far), as it's not a loop per se. If you can catch a sunny day up at the top of the canyon, it's SO FANTASTIC! (not worth it in the mist, though). The trail head is near the Kokee State Park visitor's area.
