Sometimes I like to give myself little challenges, and this week is unofficial* orphan week.

Since it's the last week before Labor Day in the U.S., I'm looking for clothes and accessories that I haven't worn much or at all this summer, and am trying to figure out ways I might wear them. These are things I want to keep, but are a little more challenging for me to coordinate.

So far, I've worn a pale pink portrait collar knit top (short-sleeved, and the collar makes it impossible to wear a cardigan over it when the weather turns cold), chartreuse knitted shawlette, and a Lilly Pulitzer print scarf. For tomorrow, I have a tropical colored print scarf, and a pair of canvas teal wedges (double points)! It feels good to enjoy some of these things one more time before I transition my closet to fall.

Anyone care to join me? Which summer orphans can you give one more day or night out?

*unofficial, because I'm not sticking to it every single day
