Just to let the international folk know, this 'pay the cost of shipping only' deal works out very favourably for us too!

I just ordered the long sleeved version of the marine blue dress to be shipped to Hong Kong - I ticked the 'duties/ taxes to be included at the time of ordering' option, but they're still only charging me less than £15 in total!
