United Colors of Benetton at Simons in Canada!

For the Canadians, Simons just announced that they're selling United Colors of Benetton clothes for both men and women! YAY! (I am not affiliated with either, I just received Simon's email.)

I ordered the logo flag t-shirt. I may order more things!

Yes, Joy the stripes are lovely. I like the white with the stripes. There is a white sweater with stripes that I really like too...

Fun (?) fact, I grew up in Eastern Europe right around the end of the Soviet Union, and the wealthy kids in my class wore United Colors of Benetton clothing. Seeing this brand brings back a lot of memories. I rarely encounter them in the states, but they have such a great style, kind of Euro-preppy. Enjoy shopping!

Another Simon fan here. After being stung by the YLF NAS frenzy a couple of times (Canadian prices, cross-border shipping woes, and pricey returns), I’ve started to use Simon’s for comparable items to Angie’s Nordie’s picks.

Yes, Bee, the wealthy kids in my school also wore Benetton. In high school their controversial ads were the topic of conversation!

Runcarla, I paused on the red trench too! Interesting about tall men's clothes.

Gaylene, I haven't tried looking for Nordie picks through Simon's, but I like the idea! I am also discouraged by the hurdles with Nordstrom and only buy in person.

I love Benetton clothes - I purchased a denim pair of Bermuda shorts in the early 2000's on a sale in South Africa and still wear them today. Not sure if the quality is the same as it was but the older stuff is fabulous quality, all made in Italy. Now in Bulgaria I have bought quite a few pieces at the charity shops, all in really good condition and also made in Italy. Just last week a got a pair straight dark denim jeans and a black fine cord pencil skirt (50 euro cents each! - End of season sale). Love their styles! Classic with a twist of preppy and nautical.
