I just purchased a few items from Uniqlo for my upcoming trip to Porto, Portugal. Their sizes are hit or miss but apparently the items I've purchased fit me pretty well. I'm still in my minimalism stage of wearing mostly blacks, grays, and jewel tones for the Fall and Winter season. I do like prints and am still looking for a good piece.
1. Knit blue top and knit pleated brown skirt. I just the love the feel and fit of the sweater and skirt. The skirt seems to be a little long but I'm liking the maxi feel with the booties.
2. Booties. While they are not leather, they are so comfortable and will be wearing them often this season. They have a rubber sole and am hoping the soles will work on those slipper tiled streets. Crossing fingers.
3. Fleece Top. I ordered this pearl top for the Fall and and olive color (not shown). They are so comfortable and warm. They came in different colors last Fall season (red, gray, black and white) and wore them to death in my travels, and then later my workouts.
The All Saints bag was a steal from Nordstrom which I purchased last month. It was an accidental find since I thought I was paying $279 but ended up paying $75.
4. Knit scarf. I got this from Nordstrom rack last week. I've been looking to replace my old one and finally found this. It is so cozy and a must to take on a plane.
5. Mesh top. This came out late Summer and I wore it over a tank top or tank dress. Not sure if I'll take it to Portugal.
6. Brushed Jersey Jumper dress. Its a heavier dress that you can layer with I've been looking for this type of dress to wear with some of my booties. I'm wondering if I need to hem them.
Striped tee is old.
