I went to Nordstrom to return my too small vest and spied this James Perse dress. But not in this color - my store only had BLACK, of course. Although I had no real hopes for it I tried it on anyway. Well, surprise! It has a beautiful ruched bottom half, and the top half fits like a loose slouchy t-shirt, so it is the ultimately flattering IT/apple dress. Furthermore, it is blousy through the middle, and can be hitched up for a sexier look or pulled down to knee length (on me). And - my biggest criteria for clothes lately, sad to say - it feels like pajamas. I will take pictures when I don't look half dead to be sure I'm not missing anything.

Also I ordered the Madewell leather vest, which amazingly fits and I think I'm in love. But I am so sleep deprived that my brain may be deceiving me. It has been sitting in the box unopened for two days because I was too tired even to be curious about it....
