I just ran across them on the Nordstrom site. They are approx. $210 and come in black and brown. No info on overall height, but they look to be about mid-calf. Heel height is listed as 2.75", but it looks like it has a small platform so may feel lower.

I also saw 'Nell' oxfords on the Dansko site; also 2.75" heel. Since they only come in brown and black, they can look like granny shoes if not styled right but are otherwise fairly cute.
