Because I can't even blame the painkillers because I was walking from a lunch place to the pharmacy to fill my script. And, I got distracted by a 50% off sign. Dolce Vita Seattle is going out of business. I walked in and they told me everything was 70% off. So uh, this is what I found. This is all final sale.
#1-#3 Silk blouse and pleated midi. I liked the sleeve detailing on the blouse. I was wearing a different bra that showed a lot when I tried it on. This is with my best fitting and newest bra. The shirt still maybe too tight. Do you think it could be mitigated by a shaping camisole. Or should try and recoup my cost by selling?
#4-#5 Taupe heeled desert boots. They had this in black in my size, but I liked the softness of the taupe better.

#6 Monster wedges. Yes I have lots of monster wedges, but I thought these were slightly different with the black 1/2 being black suede. Hard to photograph. Pretty comfy.

#7 Electric blue suede platform pumps. I've been wanting a pair of bright pumps for a long time.

I think taking the 70% off results in a hung jury... I mean, we're only human! But I can't help but wonder if you needed BOTH the black and blue *and* the black and pink pair. Better add insanity to the plea.

I like the desert booties a lot! They caught my eye right away.

The sleeves on the blouse are really cool, but as for fit... I don't know, it seems to hang funny. Like it's not just tight, it's tight in an odd spot. Hard for me to tell - the front looks OK on my computer, but the back is doing something...

Holy moly, Anna! Those blue shoes are amazing! Don't let Una see them (but no...she wouldn't wear heels like that, would she? You are safe...from her at least.)

You got a brilliant haul of stuff there. I like the desert boots, too.

And the detailing on that blouse is exquisite. I would have been sorely tempted, too. It does look as if the fit is off; I am not sure what to think about that. Maybe play around with a bit and take some more pics for us?

KILLER midi and grey booties. It's *extremely fab* to see you in a midi. Soft and pretty - add the leather edge on top.

Yes I'm getting better. I'm not well enough to work tomorrow thought. My job can be very physical so I need to be at least 90%. I still get pain with certain movements and when I bend over.

How about putting a vest over the blouse? That would take care of any back fit and still feature those pretty sleeves!

Love those desrt booties especially, but that skirt is fab, and the other shoes are fun, and 70% off makes having fun less costly!

I'm not sold on the blouse. It looks okay from the front but something seems off from the back in the photo. I LOVE the midi and the pumps . . . those are swoon-worthy. I like the other two shoes as well.

Love both the top and the midi, but it's too much volume together. The desert boots are fantabulous! The best desert boots I've seen so far.

All the shoes are fab, if you can handle the height with your back pain. This is spoken by someone who is squeaking from kitten heels, boots and flats. They're beautiful to "look at" and seem like works of art!

I love the midi and the blouse (actually, I could use a blouse like that...*ahem*) but agree with Angie not together...My favorite of the shoes are the pumps, but the shoes are all really fab! Great finds!

I so hope you back is feeling better. I probably shouldn't mention it, but, don't you think maybe flat shoes would be better since your back is giving you fits? LOL...(-: Just wonderin'.

Now that's what I'm sayin' about the lighter colors! So soft (like your coloring and smile) yet with your signature edge. I do like those pieces very much on you, all but the black booties.
