Nordstrom appears to have charged me twice for my Fidji shoes! I was horrified when I saw my bank balance today. These were a major investment for me as it is, and I can't possibly afford to pay for it twice! One charge is for the amount of the shoes, and the other amount is slightly higher--presumably the cost of the shoes with tax (we don't pay tax on clothes in NJ). I contacted my bank about it but it still leaves me extremely nervous. I need that money back immediately! Why do I never get the stellar Nordies customer service that everyone else gets? Sigh.
