This may be of no help but in my own boot research , I read nothing but good things about ugg leather boots. I researched so much I can't help but share all the data ion my brain. Hahah.

The details say the first one has a sheepskin lining and the second has a sheepskin sock liner and cuff. I have a very old pair of British boots that look much like these completely lined with sheepskin One needs a very cold day to wear them because they are almost too warm, I always have cold feet and can't wear them indoors because of the warmth. They may not work as dress boots.

i think the 1st pair are definitely dress boots, if they don't say Ugg's, i would never have have thought that was the brand. and they got great reviews. i'd order them immediately.
i also want to add, that a few years ago, during the last time my city had a blizzard, i ordered a pair of waterproof boots from zappos, and they upgraded my shipment to overnight delivery --for free. placed the order at 9:00 eastern time, and by the next day, they were at my house!

I have a pair of leather dress boots with sheepskin lining from Pajar and they are fantastic. Since I now work from home I have fewer opportunities to wear them but still love them.

It is cold here in the frozen tundra of Wisconsin a big chunk of the year. These are sold out of my size, but if I do keep wearing dresses and skirts, this is on my list for next year!

Zappos says they do have the sheepskin lining. There's one thing I've always wondered about Ugg linings. If everyone wears them without socks, how do they keep them from smelling?
