In reviewing my spring/summer tops (currently in the holding zone), I noticed some old favorites getting worn out. Also, a dearth of tops with short sleeves other than very basic solid tees or graphic tees. I have a lot of sleeveless woven tops in silk or silky type of fabrics, so no more of those. So I set my sights on some short/cap sleeved casual tops for summer.
I already got the blue tone-on-tone skull-print tee in the Finds below, and I am pretty sure it's a keeper. It layers under a jacket well but also stands on its own and is easy and comfortable for hot summer here.
But yesterday I tried these tops at Anthro and really like them as well. I bought the green color in the knotted-sleeve tee (a color that is underrepresented in my summer wardrobe), and the plaid knot-front woven top came home with me too.
I also tried the patterned cropped cargos and they fit really well. I may keep those too. Didn't take pics of those yet.
