My cousin is getting married this summer. The women will all be wearing black, short, tight, revealing dresses. I'm hoping to find something that is hot, not black, but won't make me stand out too much. Pretty summery florals are out for this kind of thing.
I'm thinking about renting a dress from rent the runway. Has anyone used this service? Can you share your experiences? I would usually buy a killer dress for an occasion like this, but realistically it is just not worth it. I know I'll never wear it again. If another cousin gets married next year, I'm not going to want to wear the same dress to another family event.
I've attached a picture of the dress I'm checking out. It is the Herve Leger Ombre dress. Totally out of my price range, but I think around $150 to rent. Do you think it would work on an "apple" shape?
