Two ASOS orders appear to be lost

My tartan pants and another order with a blazer both have disappeared since travelling about the country and getting to Federal Way, Washington a week ago. I've emailed ASOS about it and this has happened before! It is totally annoying. They are the only online store I've ordered from that has this weird shipping going on... GRRR.

Hmm, just got a "sorry" email with a 10% discount code for my next order. But where's my stuff? She said it's been delayed by the carrier. What does that mean? I don't mind if it's late, but if it's gone, that's going to make me cranky.

I think the Federal Way processing facility is huge, I've gotten stuff hung up there before. BTW it's a suburb south of Seattle.

Same thing happened to me with my first ASOS order! It just disappeared en route and I never got it. After nearly a month I called to find out what was going on and they shipped out another set of clothes and gave me a 10% off coupon. I forgot to use it before it expired though. And forgot to return the rejects so I got stuck with several skirts I wasn't planning to keep. Plus I got charged a foreign transaction fee from my credit card (I guess because they are based in UK?). This latest order I ended up returning both items. So I'm not having the best of luck with ASOS either.

PS Why don't you try calling or emailing them and tell them you didn't get your packages. Maybe they can send you a replacement like they did for me.

I just had something similar happen with a J Crew purchase shipped via UPS - the tracking information says it was delivered (left at the front door) but I never got it. SO frustrating. Now I get to try to try to prove I'm not a liar and that the package never actually came to me so I can try to recoup the charge. Ugh.

I've been getting my stuff super fast whether by FedEx, USPS or UPS. I guess I'm lucky!

So this may have been covered in a discussion already, but when you finally get your hands on ASOS clothes, how is the quality?

Ugh, what a bummer! I sure hope you get your stuff and, if not, something better than 10% off... that would not be enough to entice me to risk another order. Just my opinion. :T
