I have just started checking on on their Tuesday low, low price sales and the prices seem very reasonable. I have never purchased anything from Tulle but have heard good things about the fit and quality.

BTW, the fine print in the email states "Sizes are fitted one size smaller than current Tulle clothing" Also, a disclaimer "Due to anticipated high orders, it may take upto 3 weeks to ship your order. No modification after order is placed"
