I know I said I wasn't going to try it, but Angie keeps talking about how great this coat is, and a military-style black wool coat is exactly the kind of thing I love in coats. (Unlike many here, I both love and wear black well, and actually prefer it over navy.)

Well, it's now restocked in petite sizes, albeit backordered until August...

Does anyone know how the sizing runs in petites? It says to size up "if between sizes," and I'm typically a solid 2 or 2P in coats (4P in tailored J.Crew coats, only because their petites run a full size smaller than their regular sizes). Would I be a 2P or a 4P? Expect to layer a medium-weight sweater underneath but not a blazer, and I don't want it too roomy for just a cocktail dress.
