I wrote down Angie's formula for how to wear a utility vest, even though I don't own one, but I was curious to see how the elements would play out with the pieces I have.
I tried this:
BF + flowey and soft top with some interest + vest (in this case, cardi vest) + structured topper.
Below is the result. What do you think?
