Trench advice

I would like to get a trench coat and would consider the NAS items. I want one a bit longer (to knees or below) and white or khaki. I am still kicking myself for not getting one of those Burberry's at the consignment store in NYC last year. Should I save in hopes they have some again?
Any suggestions on any of these? (I'm 5'8" apple)

I like second one best as a style, but I am not good at dressing apple body shape.

I like 1, 2 and 4. 1 seems to be lighter weight than the others from the pictures. 3 seems bulkier and has more material at the chest/shoulder flaps. Maybe you can weed one more out and try 2?

These all look like they have potential to me! The first one is listed as "lightweight" - do you want more of a packable shell or a coat? I think it was Denise who said London Fog is a great trench brand. I would have tried those myself if not for my issues with poly linings.

I like 2 and 4. Now I'm wondering if I should order trenches from NAS too...

But you know, if you wanted to go back to NYC to try on burberrys.... I will totally come down and join you.

Okay, they all have great potential, but my fave for length, buttons, and button spacing is the LF Heritage. It looks the most knee length of the four, it has good button size and I like how the double breasted buttons flare out a little toward the top.

The other three don't list lengths and look to be possible mid-thigh length.

Having purchased a London Fog jacket in the spring, I can't say enough about the quality. I love the look of this classic trench. It's my favourite of the ones you've linked to.

Tough choice- they're all nice!

I'd say that #1 is the most unique, first of all because it's white, and second because of the interesting texture. I've had good luck with Kenneth Cole coats for my apple shape.

#2 is one of Angie's picks, and she mentioned that it was a good length for dresses, so I don't think there are any worries there. I like the peplum detail in the back.

#3 is the only one with a removable liner, so if that's important to you that's a plus.

I vote #1 or 2 because they have more interesting details.

But if you want straight-up classic I'd go for 3 or 4.

How wishy-washy is that? Probably no help at all!
