I read about this somewhere recently and tried it on this trip - SO brilliant! I put my foundation and hair goo in contact lens cases. They take up so little room in your TSA-approved ziplock bag, they hold plenty of product, and there is no spillage. I hardly made a dent in five days, so I’m going to keep them packed for next week too.
I bought a multipack of these cases at RiteAid for about $6.
