Mr SF, Sophie and I spend a month in Montreal every year around mid November to mid December. We like to go to Yoga (great Yoga studios in Montreal), look at the architecture, shop at the markets, look for clothing and in general enjoy the French Canadian atmosphere. We have a few favourite restaurants but usually we eat in.
My travel capsule is smart casual because of the activities we are doing. We are also doing a lot of things with Sophie. We are doing lots and lots of dog walking. Sophie often gets to go into the shops and gets admiration and treats from the shop owners.
We are renting a lovely apartment on Carre (Square) Saint Louis in the Plateau area of Montreal.
