Mike and I are huge, huge, HUGE Battlestar fans (we've watched the first 4 seaons 2+ times over, and we both think it's the best TV show ever made). Mike even has a t-shirt with a picture of a Cylon toaster on it (this one: http://www.jasoncross.com/default.asp?blogID=497 It confuses non-fans like crazy, heh). We're watching the finale tonight. I can't wait but I'm also kind of putting it off because I don't want it to be over.
No other show has made me cry so hard to many times! When Kara "died", when Bill and Laura finally confessed their love... I coudl go on and on. I adore Kara (and she kind of looks like me, at least when I used to be blonde), and I want to be as gorgeous as the actress who plays Roslin when I grow up.
The show was filmed here in Vancouver, too!
I could talk about this show for hours. I can't believe it's ending, but I'm so glad it's going out on its own terms, at the end of the story, instead of lingering on and on and getting stupid like some great shows do.
