Does it work to order according to Topshop's size charts? I have tops, jackets, and a skirt in my cart. I figure I should be okay on the skirt as it is full with a stretch waistline. Topshop's bustline measurements look proportionately smaller than American sizes, and I am especially wondering about the shoulder width. I once tried on a Topshop blazer, and it was way too tight in the arms, but with kimono cut arms, these jacket sleeves shouldn't be tight.

FWIW, I normally take a P2-4, and a 0-2 Misses if I can get a fit at all. Thus, I was planning to order Topshop 4s.
