I am getting ready to go back to work after my maternity leave and trying to renew my wardrobe a little to gear myself up. My work is very casual, but I try to look nice. Also there is no air conditioning (a European thing, I guess) and my office gets really hot in the afternoon, even when it is not that hot outside. This top is made out of polyester and transparent, so I would wear it e.g. over a white camisole with white jeans. I find polyester is not so breatheable, but dries quickly if one gets sweaty. A mixed bag. An alternative would be the second top which is a cotton/viscose blend. I really like Angie's top in her white on white blog post and have been looking for something in that vein ever since. I also have the snakeskin booties, but Angie's top was black and white whereas these tops are blue and white, so I don't suppose the shoes would work equally as well. I could wear plenty of other shoes of course. Also I thought the belt would go nicely with the first top at least.

I feel a bit adrift in my closet lately and weirdly indecisive. Any input is appreciated.

ETA: Well I just sat down to order some things to try and that first top is sold out now in my size. This is happening a lot lately. I guess it is a message not to dither!
