Too much? Pink or cinnamon scarf?

I'm off to casual day at work. I put on this LBD w asymmetrical neckline #4, blush cardi and super crazy hose #5. I'll change into patent block heel pumps at work, #3. I need a scarf for warmth, but not sure which one to choose. Do you think it's over the top with the pink scarf?

I agree with Madeline. I like cinnamon for this outfit, in part because of the smaller scale. Pink is gorgeous, and would like with a different outfit or black tights.

Usually I go for brights, but of he two, I agree that the cinnamon works a bit better. That pink scarf is great, though!

Ha! I expect the answers you are getting depends on our own personal preferences. I LOVE cinnamon, so of course think it looks the best.

I think I prefer the cinnamon because I like the color combination, but the pink is bright and cheerful and wonderful so if you feel comfortable with it, go for it!

If you want to wear the crazy tights, I like the cinnamon scarf best. The bright pink and the tights seem like too much.

I like them both, the pink is so fun and vibrant. But I also like the way the cinnamon echo but doesn't match the skin tone "polka dots" from the tights.

Anyway, I went out the door with the pink scarf bc it makes my heart sing. l got some nice comments and felt fab. I'll wear the cinnamon another time...when I want to ground the outfit.

PS. I would NEVER have guessed that I would wear blush and hot pink only a year ago. I used to wear black, grey and a touch of white and blue, and never loud colours.

What karen13 said. No real wrong option; just that the cinnamon created a more tonal look to focus on the statement tights. If you are trying to go more maximal, pink does that.

I love them both, but for me, the pink beats out the cinnamon, hands-down. I would choose the color according to your mood. They're both great looks.

They're both nice but personally I feel the cinnamon is too 'murky' a colour to fit the rest of your graphic/ high contrast/ black & white colour story. It may just be the lighting on my phone though, since you say it's actually a blush coloured cardigan.
