Today's WIW: Grey and Black

Today I am wearing these black pants - not quite sure what to call them - perhaps harem pants? A grey tank top, black cardi and ballet pumps.

I worried that this was perhaps a little on the casual side for work, but oh so comfy. Anyways - what do you think? x

I love your hair!

i like the idea of this but I think either a longer or shorter shirt would be better. This one kind of hits at an awkward place to my eye. Colour wise it looks great.

Well it is looking nice specially the top, but I hope if you can wear a jeans or formal skirt below it. That will give more like office going look to you.

I love the harem pants with the ballet flats! It's a great casual look. I say go for it if you work in a casual environment.

I like it - the fabrics appear soft. The pants looks ultra good with the footwear. I agree - if your workplace is casual go for it.

I think this would look better with a heeled shoe. Also I cannot quite makeout where the pants end in this pic. perhaps a straight on picture might help us get a more 'real life' look at the outfit.

The cuffed pants are so cool! I think you could switch out the top with a button down or a top without those Henley style buttons for a more refined look but it looks great as is too. Great color combo!

Love those pants! Cute outfit, it does read as casual to me though I am not sure how casual your workplace is. I think swapping either the top (e.g. to a silky button-up blouse) or the topper (e.g. a crisp black blazer) for something more structured would up the dressiness right away.

You look oh so comfy! I love the pants with the ballet flats. If your office is casual, I say this is a great outfit. If you want to make it a little dressier, the ladies seem to have you sorted. Still, I like the flow and drape,of this more casual look.
