I know some of you are having some disappointments with things not being in stock even though you pre-saled them. I just wanted to say to all of you at once that I'm so sorry to hear that! It sounds like they did it differently this year...seems like a poor choice because lots of people come away unhappy. Seems to sort of defeat the whole purpose of the Pre-Sale!

Anyway, I hope everything works out for you all! If we can keep our eyes out for things, let us all know.
