Is it time to start thinking of spring yet? I have been doing that since the big purge of shoes, and small purge of jackets. This also led to a sort thru of the rest of the closet.

have't been to malls yet to look, just my close by Marshalls as it is a really good one (all Marshalls are not created equal), and is right by the pet supply where I get most of the food for my dogs, so an there at least once a week. They have lots of spring -summer shoes in, and some other stuff. also reviewed all Angie posts about spring styles and trends, and pinterest.

Have a plan for shoes-wedge or 1 to 2 inch heel sandals and or pumps, white denim jacket, lite color blazer like maybe ponte, and will need some lite colored crop pants, ankle pants or something.

Here is what I saw this morning-6PM has tons of sandals and Birkenstocks, Burkies, other similar styles and brands in loads of colors-really pretty and so practical-take a look-these are on a gotta have list!!!!!

So am wondering-are midi length really going to trend? what about maxi?

I am really getting tired of black everything-shoes, pants, jackets, etc. have not been a big fan of pastels in the past, but after an Angie blog post love the new blue and pink am liking them. Also liking navy,, and after seeing navy shoes at marshalls am thinking it may be a more popular spring color than it has been in the past.

Bought my first pair of pointy toe shoes -love them!

Also seeing a sort of squared off toe, not the old hard square, but sort of a soft rounded square on wedgies and flats.

Best of all I am seeing that there is a lot of variety in everything..pointy, almond, round, etc. shoes, lots of heel heights, all sorts of jeans and pants, from very baggy harem to skinnies and lots in between.

So I think 2014 is going to be a fun fashion year!

Things I feel we will never see again=big shoulder pads, those pleated pants with waist bands and belt loops, very low rider jeans, and more I can't think of now. also those mom jeans-tapered legs, high waist, Have to agree they do not flatter anyone-and do make buts look big and round looking.

But I sure hope to see capris, all kinds of lengths from shorts, bermudas, all places on legs from knees to ankles. whatever you call them there is a place for all lengths, and we all deserve to be able to pick and choose what suits us.
