I didn't think I had any pics pre-2000's but then I remembered this one. The dress was given to me by a friend. We swapped a lot of clothes back then, as I recall. With all the girls working in the bar being about the same size, it seemed we all had something from someone else at some point. The top of it is knit, like a henley, and empire. The bottom, that very typical woven rayon with floral print. Very 90's. This was probably 1998 or so?
