Yes! I just visited Charleston about a month ago and found a couple of nice consignment shops. One is called "Consigning Women" and the other is "Reinvented Upscale Resale."

They are very close in location so you could easily visit both in one trip. Lots of other consignment shops come up if you google "consignment charleston sc." These were the only two I had a chance to visit, as we spent most of our time sightseeing. It's a beautiful city! Hope you enjoy living there.
