I love these outfits and absolutely hear you. I'm fascinated by London street style where I see bare legs and sandals paired with leather jackets. It boggles my mind. Here in VA, it's either one or the other.

Those are beautiful and I could totally see you rocking them! They would be great in So Cal, for sure. It gets hot here but I guess the lack of humidity is what makes the difference. Plus I FREEZE in the a/c all summer long so I am all about the jackets and the scarves as I go from my air-conditioned house to my air-conditioned car to my air-conditioned office!

Totally agree with everyone about the sandals. I love the looks, but the sandals are killing it. Then again, I'm cold all year round... never understood the appeal of air conditioning in the summer. Hello, it's still hot outside, so I'd rather not wear my winter ensembles to work!

I love the sandals! You could wear them with cropped linen pants and a sleeveless shell on the way to work and then haul out one of those awesome coats to wear in the A/C. You'd probably have to skip the scarf though, huh? *sigh*
