Oh, that's lovely. I like both the black and green. But why in the world do they give the color the name poison green? That just seems too negative . . . although I get they are trying to highlight the fact it's a bright green.

It's not the same, and I'm sure the quality isn't as good, but it's also less than a tenth the price: there's an emerald green cropped moto jacket (faux leather) from Members Only at Beyond the Rack (the online sample sale) today for $49. I have never seen it in person, and have no experience with this brand--I just thought that people might be interested.

Just in case anyone is actually contemplating, I bought a black leather cropped DVF jacket with a front asymmetrical ruffle last year and it is definitely one of those items I'll keep forever, even though I don't necessarily wear it ALL the time. Just a little endorsement...

I'd be hesitant to buy a leather jacket in any color - although I know there are those among us who would totally rock a look like this!

(At some point, however, I would love to buy an amazing black leather jacket that I could wear for years and years. It's such a huge investment, I'd have to be sure it was killer.)
