There is a lot of "designer signature confusion" going on at the moment. There used to be a very distinctive Prada look. Now, it's anyone's guess what will come down the runway. Two years ago it was peasant and "wench" dresses - or so it was described. Marc Jacobs is a chameleon. For his main MJ show today, he showed earthy '60s fashion with an ethereal '90s look and threw in equestrian on top of it.
I really like some of the more streamlined looks, like the ones with the black jackets and skirts with the white ruffle at the bottom. But some definitely do look like old carpet. And I'm not sure those particular greens and oranges are helping there.
