This Desigual coat is calling my name! Should I buy?

I have been stalking this coat for months - ever since I tried it on in a department store & fell in love. Two possible sticking points are: it's price £229 & it's very distinctive print.

I have just found a 20% discount code on Amazon for it (which is valid for another couple of weeks). I know which size I need & oh my god did I mention how much I love it?

I would have to pare back my usual style a little & just wear it with a couple of plainer items (picturing my new red skinny jeans & a white blouse?). I don't want to regret missing out on it but wondered what you thought? Has anyone else ever had a Desigual coat/jacket before? It feels like very good quality materials - even the buttons are all individual on the coat too.

Yay or nay....... That is the question.

I can totally see you rocking this coat. I am drawn to some of Desigual's stuff as well.

You love it. You've already tried it on. You're still thinking about it. You have a coupon. You're style personality can handle it.

You will regret it if you don't pounce. If it arrives and you don't love it as much as you remember, return it (though I know Amazon doesn't have free returns, it's not that much to pay for a chance at coat love).

I think the stars have aligned, Andrea, and you should BBQ :)! I often look at Desigual but have never tried it on. My friend bought a long sleeved T from there 3 years ago and she's still wearing it; it still looks great, if that's any recommendation?

It's a real statement piece in a classic design that won't date in a hurry, and you can wear it dressed up or down, so I'd say get it and enjoy.

Love it. If you have tried it on, that's the key, as Desigual fit can be tricky from what I've heard. It is SO you, and how often do you find something that is truly almost made for you like that?

I have no personal experience with the brand (I have noted it on other people), but I don't see anything speaking against the purchase from what you write. At least try it on at home, right?

Oooh, love it! Experience tells me that if you love it, it's in your size, and you can picture it with your current wardrobe - BUY IT! The fact that you have a discount voucher is like fate screaming that this jacket should belong to you. It's just gorgeous by the way.
