The exact number is not the most important part of this post. When you decide you are going to wear 30 items next 60 days, what do you have in mind when selecting? Will you pick items that you know you will not be wearing after sixty days because of weather, but yet are (perhaps summer or summery) clothes that you want to get a few more wears out of this year? Or do you select newer items, or even older clothes that you know at some point soon, the season, weather , etc will be inappropriate.
When I try to select something to wear, depending on the occasion, I want to wear the most appropriate and what I feel good in. However, that is when the anguish sets it. A very small example: if I have a perfectly good lightweight jacket, I haven't worn in several seasons, I pass by it and select something a little newer or perhaps I like a little better.
Please see what you can do with this crazy question. And hopefully help me get sorted.
PS I am dressed and ready to go to a nice Japanese restaurant to celebrate my granddaughter's 25th birthday. ( I didn't ask anyone what to wear), but in trying to decide prompted this post. For the record, I am wearing a pretty blue and coral, cream printed kimino, tan pants, turquoise suede oxfords, and a medium size coral handbag. I think it looks better than it sounds. Sorry, no pics yet.
I can't wait to get some sake and plum wine!
