Recently I have become very keen on a few things I always hated. The big one is quilted vests, like the one JAileen posted about recently. I have two of them (both a bit dull, just plain black and plain white) and I want more! J Crew had a tweed one out a few years ago that I really like but so far I haven't found an equivalent in my size. I'll probably have to try my hand at sewing one if I can find a decent pattern.

I've also suddenly developed a desire to own a sweater vest, of the somewhat sloppy type with the big cowl-like neckline. These were very popular about 5 years ago here and I detested them, but suddenly I am pining for one! I guess I'm just a really late adopter.
